Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
- The Service posts these Terms on the initial screen or a linked screen so Members may easily access them.
- The Service may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable laws including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Information and Communications Network Act.
- When amending these Terms, the Service will give in-app notice at least 7 days before the effective date, stating the effective date and reason. For changes unfavorable to Members, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance with separate notification (e.g., push notification).
- If a Member does not expressly object before the effective date despite clear notice that silence will be deemed acceptance, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

- The Service may add or amend operating policies and will announce changes through in-app notices or separate notifications.

- A Member who disputes the Service's restriction may file an objection within 30 days of notice. The Service will review the objection in good faith and notify the result. If the objection is found valid, the Service will immediately lift the restriction. However, absent the Service's fault, no separate compensation is provided for the duration of the restriction.

- The duration of temporary measures under the preceding paragraph is no longer than 30 days in accordance with Article 44-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act.
- An author who receives notice of a temporary measure may file an objection with the Service. If the objection is found valid, the Service will lift the temporary measure. If the temporary measure period expires without an objection, the Service may permanently block the post.

- After the 30-day grace period, the Member's personal information and Content (posts, comments, likes, work diary) are permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
- If the Service terminates the agreement due to a Member's violation of Article 7, the Member's Content may be retained for a period before deletion.
